Theory of  Time

Many have speculated that time is a solid area of dimensional space that cannot be manipulated. However I believe that it is vastly more malleable than what some might think. The multi-tree theory is also not quite right. Crystal might be a better thought, as its forming it changes fractures and splits but can sometimes on a rarity lead back on itself.
That same thought that might be a bit hard to think about is sentience? What if the realm of time itself is alive? Just not on the same scope as everyone around us.
There are hundreds of thousands of different possibilities every day, perhaps billions.  Every once in awhile in human history we get people that jump start the time line, adding something new and pushing us forward. Thomas Edison, Einstein, Newton.

The idea to many growing people out in the world is a supreme mind trying to guide the rest of man kind towards a goal with several people trying to lead us astray.
I believe that if Time is more of a crystalline matrix than a tree or a single path and is even sentient at all then there is certainly a pushing, but there is no leading. Billions of different paths are available to come forward which one comes to be the main timeline is open to anyone’s guess. However this gives humanity something akin to a power that many take for granted.

Luck, Chance, or any other word you’d care to give probability. As a collective whole we are always striving for the best possible outcome. So too would time most likely. Beginner’s luck has been a common saying to people that are amazing at something that they have little to no experience with, and yet many times when they go back to do so again it doesn’t work nearly as well as before.

As with any other law there is always the opposite, bad luck, Tragedy and so forth. For each bit of good lucked called for to push ourselves forward there is an equal measure of the reverse thrust back upon us.

A bad wheel holds long enough to get to a shop but it takes the shop a week to get the right parts to replace the worn ones that held the bad wheel in place, for example.

If this indeed is the case Time Travel is a possibility, Requiring vast power to move from one point to another, much like a car with gas, you need for gas for further distances. However with the flow of time in a constant state of change and growth anyone sent backwards would be easier to find and return, but only from the exact moment that they had been sent back. Forward travel however would be extremely life threatening. As the area of time hasn’t been ‘solidified’ yet it could sent a traveler to any number of possible future outcomes, not even the one that’s most likely.  It would be like throwing a person out to sea without a map, a boat or a life preserver.
Paradox isn’t exactly an issue with this realm of thought for time however, Time travelers likely could not go back to change whatever made them to go back to begin with. Something would still likely happen to keep the flow of time from becoming corrupted against the past, however smaller less direct changes could be made. To the past so long as they didn’t affect the traveler in anyway shape or form.
Such as going back to borrow or get items from the past. So long as they where not ‘one of kinds’ of  historical importance we could get them and bring them back to the starting point. If it was possible to move backwards and then forwards to exact points. Moving backwards and then trying to move back to your starting point would be an near impossibility. Not impossible very highly unlikely. At best one would end up in a time most likely similar to your present time. The longer in the past the harder it would be to move back to your ‘present’ because of all the different possible futures that did take place.
Ever have one of those mornings where you swear the strangest things and ideas just pop in and you just need to write them?
Yeah I'm having one of those 'science philo-question' mornings where everything makes sense and yet doesnt.

theoretically if you could get going fast enough you could make a "wormhole" through space AND time, although to do that scientists theorize you would have to be going at approximately 100-200 times the speed of light, and at that speed, the matter making up your body would deteriorate into nothingness.  So in other words, to go back in time, you'd need to die.  the other way would be using the planetary reflections off other places in space, you could set up a system of telescopes to watch the light off other planetary masses, effectively viewing what was going on at the time the light hit the planetary mass.  in other words, you would be looking at the past through a freaking huge telescope, but to get something like that would be more money then is currently in circulation... in all countries combined.

So, no.  Time TRAVEL is not possible, and VIEWING the past is, but not at the current time.

Time to go :P
